Freshwater Building Services are delighted to announce that we are re-locating to new offices in Esher, Surrey within a short distance of the A3 and easy access into Surrey and London.

After 3 years, we have outgrown our current space in Guildford, and this new office will allow us to grow and focus even more on the services we offer to all our customers.

Colden Common Pre-School are delighted and extremely grateful to have been nominated by Freshwater Building Services Ltd as their charity for 2021/22.

Pre-School Supervisor Lara Webster explained: “Early years has faced an incredibly hard 18 months and having Freshwater’s generous support will enable us to purchase much needed replacement resources. We want to be able to offer the children opportunities to experience new activities which they may have missed out of during the pandemic. On behalf of the pre-school, I would like to send a heartfelt thank you for supporting us. It is very much appreciated.”

Kate Boniface, the Chair of Colden Common Pre-School said: “Small charity-run businesses like Colden Common Pre-School are always grateful for the support of the local community. To be named as designated charity by Freshwater Building Services Ltd for a second year is wonderful news as this will allow the setting to continue to enrich the educational experiences for the young children in our care.”

Colden Common Pre-School was set up in 1974. It is an established institution, serving the community for the last 46 years. Set in the heart of the village, we offer caring, stimulating, quality childcare for little ones aged 2 years up to Reception age. We facilitate the 7 areas of learning both inside and outside; offering a bright, modern purpose-built environment with great accessibility. We have lots of resources including book corner, arts and crafts table and computers.
