Chancery House, Sutton – Part 2^nd Floor Refurbishment - Description of Works

Task

The works comprised the refurbishment of the 2^nd Floor demise, to include, installation of new Komfort Kross Glaze partitioning to form a meeting room, alterations to the HVAC c/w new localised controller to serve meeting room. The installation of new kitchenette c/w integrated appliances and power supplies. Alteration of the floor boxes layout to suit new layout. To construct new cupboard with full height double doors to enclose electrical dis board and other incoming services. To carry out the floor coverings and decoration of the area.
