Complete renovation of a detached bungalow in leafy Surrey.

Task

The renovation included a new side extension along with new mechanical and electrical services and landscaping throughout. The property was finished to a very high standard by our own in-house trades complete with the following features:
The property is entered through a feature oak door leading on to a large open plan hallway finished with high polished grey tiles with internal oak doors leading on to each room throughout. The main reception room is complete with a feature open fire place with oak beam and grey feature vertical radiators leading on to the second reception room complete with glazed double oak doors and hard floor coverings in grey washed oak. The property boasts a high end bespoke kitchen complete with solid quartz worktops and Bosch integrated appliances. To make the most of the natural light, triple glazed panoroof roof lights were installed along with Velux Sun Tunnels in bathrooms, these along with LED lighting throughout the house give it a bright feel. The bathrooms are fully tiled with feature glass shelving, LED mirrors, and high end saniware. Every room has been prewired for data and all bedrooms are newly carpeted.
