Pascal Place – Part Ground Floor

Description of Works

The works comprise the CAT A + refurbishment of the part Ground Floor demise to include:

• Formation of new breakout area c/w fully fitted kitchen and integrated appliances and meeting roo
• Installation of new ceiling and floor void fire and acoustic barriers. New FD60 Fire Door to serve lift motor room c/w ironmongery. New black aluminium frame crittal style glazed door to serve meeting room and feature black aluminium frame crittal style glazed partitioning to serve demise entrance foyer
• Respraying of the aluminium window, door frames and ceiling grid c/w new mineral fibre ceiling tiles, LED lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Exit Blades and Supply and Return Air HVAC grilles
• New carpet tile and vinyl floor coverings throughout. Relocation of existing fire detection equipment to suit new open plan layout and to provide ceiling void detection.
• New data cabling throughout c/w new data cabinet, floor boxes and floor grommets. Validation of all HVAC, Electrical and Fire Services, repair, modification and replacement as required c/w testing and certification
• Newly decorated throughout the demise to include, ceiling, bulk head, walls and joinery c/w all finishes. Decorations extended to Ground Floor entrance lobby, to include walls and painted joinery
