401 King Street, Hammersmith – Part 3^rd Floor Refurbishment - Description of Works

Task

The works comprised the refurbishment of the part 3^rd floor vacant demise, to include the following, removal of existing partitioning to create an open plan office suite. Mechanical & Electrical services alterations including installation of new Distribution Board, floor boxes, power supplies to serve kitchenette. The installation of new perimeter LED feature lighting and reconfiguring existing ceiling grid lighting. Ceiling alterations and repairs. Decoration of the area to include walls, ceiling and joinery. Supply and installation of new kitchenette c/w integrated appliances and new floor coverings including carpet tiles by Interface and Vinyl flooring to serve kitchenette.
