As we continue to manage the easing of the lockdown and to see the start of the new norm, there are still many changes happening every day that are affecting businesses and everyday life throughout the country, and we continue as a business to monitor those changes as set out by the Government and our industry sector.

We continue to review the steps we are taking, guiding and teaching our people to follow the new COVID-19 working practices so as to ensure both their protection and that of their livelihoods, whilst finding the right ways to support the needs of our clients and their businesses

As we play our part in helping the country to overcome this pandemic, we will do this by taking all necessary steps to protect our people, our clients and their families from the risk of the virus. These changes have involved complex and difficult decisions to be taken and continue to evolve on a daily basis as we shape the future of our business, however, above all, the safety and wellbeing of everyone must come first.

Stay Alert, Control the Virus, Save Lives...

Yours faithfully,

James O’Mahony
